Photography
I spent a lot of the afternoon working on images that I made of the Hi Fi Collective concert on Saturday. I shot 359 frames of them and their guests. I had a blast, but that’s a lot of images to process. I turned all of them into black and white and changed the size. I’m planning on posting some of them on my gallery and will post a note here when I do.
I noticed from the radar that a storm was brewing south of us. Wife and I drove out there to have a look. I decided to shoot some images of the developing storm. For grins, I made a few shots using an infrared filter just to see what might turn out. The image at the left is one from that lot, processed to black and white using Photoshop.
I think that I’ll have to buy a red and yellow filter as well. I really like black and white images, but they need some filtration to make the images work to their best. Of course, it’s possible that I might be able to do the same thing with Photoshop. I’m still old-school, I guess.
I’ll have more images, plus a few of fireworks that I shot, to post later.
