Supply Chain Management 101 is a fascinating look at the current shortage in ammunition. The tag at the end of the essay is what scares me — literally.
Real Live Gunfighter is a bit that is worth watching. The mindset is well-worth understanding.
(with respect to the four-corners monument)Well, it kinda depends on what you mean by “the wrong place”. It is apparently NOT at the intended lat/long conjunction, but by legal boundary survey principles of monumentation, it IS at the common corner of those four states. Natural monuments take precedence over manmade monuments, manmade monuments over calls for location, etc. Once the monument was placed, it became the true location of the corner. To bad it was so far off of the intended location.
