Paul Harvey is reporting that the Iraqi ambassador to the U.N. taunted Colin Powell by saying that, “Surveys show that only 13% of American young people can locate Iraq on the map.”

Powell reportedly replied, “While that may be true, unfortunately for you, they are all U.S. Marines.
